Signing Into the Help Desk Software

Signing in to the portal will allow you to view all of your help desk requests and also view knowledge base articles.
  1. Go to helpdesk.akspl.org and click Sign In
  2. Click the red Office 365 logo and sign in using a @akspl.org email address and password.
  3. Do not enter your email address and password under “Already a member” as this will not work.
  4. On your first login, you may be prompted to allow Zoho Desk to “sign you in and read your profile”.  Please press Accept to proceed.
