Signing Into the Help Desk Software
Signing in to the portal will allow you to view all of your help desk requests and also view knowledge base articles.
- Go to helpdesk.akspl.org and click Sign In
- Click the red Office 365 logo and sign in using a @akspl.org email address and password.
- Do not enter your email address and password under “Already a member” as this will not work.
- On your first login, you may be prompted to allow Zoho Desk to “sign you in and read your profile”. Please press Accept to proceed.
